Intermediate Pega Customer Decision Hub '23 Next Best Action English

Scenario

The initial phase of the project has been completed. The application has been tested and determined to be mature enough to be migrated to the Business Operations environment. As the decisioning architect, you are asked to support the system architect and prepare the environment for change management.

The business team wants to ensure that the relevant artifacts in Pega Customer Decision Hub™, created by the Next-Best-Action Designer, go through a proper change management process and that any new configuration must be done in the Business Operations environment. The project team wants to ensure that none of these rules are available to be modified in the development environment after the migration is complete.

Tip: A variation of this scenario exists in Creating an enterprise change pipeline for initial deployment.

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

Initialization may take up to 5 minutes so please be patient.
